EGG FRITATA





Hello beautiful people,are you tired of repeating foods? do you take rice,beans and some other common foods repeatedly because you just don't have an idea of what to cook anymore?


I'm going to introduce you to something different that i call Egg fritata;which could also be taken as breakfast.


Ingredients

6 large eggs
Carrots
Potatoes
Minced meat
Maggi
Salt
Onions
Pepper(optional)




1. Whisk the 6 eggs together in a large bowl .
2. Dice the carrot and boil.
3. Dice the potatoes and boil.
4. Cook the minced meat.
5. Combine the carrots,minced meat and potatoes in a bowl.
6. Pour into d whisked eggs,add your maggi,salt,pepper,and any other seasoning of    your choice.
7. Pre-heat your oven for 30 minutes.
8. Get small baking tin and pour the mixture inside.
9. Bake for about 40 minutes.
